Basically we make a bouquet that suit your budget, but if you need some guide please contact us by line/whatsapp/e-mail.

You can choose the main flowers, but for the additional flowers and foliages will be change everyweek depend on the season.

When your flowers doesn't meet our quality standards, we will subtitute them to other flower with an equivalent value and quality without mention you again. (Make sure you give us an alternative color or DO and DON'T color when you put your order.)

Order will be confirm and process after you done the payment.

You can request a specific flower, but make sure place your order 1-2 weeks before the delivery date.

You can put your order with the same day delivery, contact us to know what's in ready stock :)

You can't cancel your order after you done the payment.

You can't change the delivery date after we book your flowers.

You can change the delivery place atleast 1 week before the delivery date.

You can change your message in the card atleast 2 days before the delivery date.

Please give us a complete address and phone number for the delivery. For undelivery products due to mistake on the delivery address given, our courir will only delivery it again with additional delivery charge.

Our delivery time is start from 9 AM till 10 PM

Due to unpredictable traffic, we can't provide you for a really specific time of delivery.

You can pick up your order at our studio in Joglo area, by appoinment only.

For delivery order on Sunday, we suggest you to place your order atleast 1 days before.
